Enrollment
Procedures:
To enroll in a class, please fill
out the Wichita Driving School Enrollment Agreement using
one of the following methods:
1. Open the agreement/registration form -
MS Word (doc) format
or
PDF Acrobat
format you will need acrobat reader click
to download it.
Print it (It is a one
page document, if you print outside your margins)
Fill out and Sign the agreement
....A) Mail the agreement
with deposit (1st installment
of 3), or bring it to us during office hours.
One can also use the drop slot at WDS. Remember that you
must pay your enrollment deposit to reserve your roster
spot! Once you officially enroll, we will send you your WDS
study guide via email.
....B) Enroll in person
or over the phone with Wichita Driving School. One can pay
the deposit with
a credit/debit card when enrolling over the phone.
If you enroll over the phone, please open and read this
registration form.
.....C)
Fax the agreement to us at
(316) 722-4104 or scan & email to Wichitadriving@cs.com
and pay the deposit later with a
credit/debit card. When we call to confirm, you can
give us the card number,
expiration date, and the amount. We
make confirmation
calls each business day to new students, which
have enrolled in that period of time.
