Wichita Driving School, Inc. and WDS East, LLC are the premeir driving schools serving Wichita and the surrounding communities. We provide high-quality classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction, allowing students to fulfill Kansas driving requirements with confidence and convenience.

Ideal for busy schedules, we offer convenient, professional instruction designed to meet the needs of today’s families. Wichita Driving School provides the most driver’s education classes in the Wichita area, averaging eight in-person classes per month with an average class size of 18 students.
Driver Education Courses
Enroll your teen in a State of Kansas–authorized Driver’s Education program or a Defensive Driving Course approved by the Kansas Department of Insurance. Contact us to learn more about our current Driver’s Education specials.
Our standard course consists of 14 total hours—8 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind-the-wheel training—and represents the minimum requirement established by the State of Kansas to obtain a Restricted License (RL) or Driver’s License (DL).

Important Notice: Any driving school that certifies a student without completing the required six hours of behind-the-wheel instruction is not in compliance with Kansas state regulations and may be subject to penalties.
